This page serves as a central hub for managing community members within the platform. Here, owners can access a comprehensive list of community members, perform various actions related to member management, and utilize additional functionalities to streamline community administration.
Members List
The members list provides community owners with an overview of all members, displaying essential details to facilitate efficient member management. The following information is included for each member:
- Name: The name of the community member.
- Email: The email address associated with the member's account.
- Date joined: The date when the member joined the community.
- Events registered: The number of events the member has registered for.
Actions on Community Members
Community owners can perform several actions on community members directly from the Members List, ensuring effective member management:
- View Profile: Community owners can click on the view icon to access the member's profile page. This allows owners to view detailed information about the member, including activity, preferences, and interactions within the community.
- Delete Member: If necessary, owners can remove a member from the community. This action may be taken in response to policy violations, inactive accounts, or other relevant reasons determined by the administration.
Additional Functionalities
In addition to managing individual members, the Members section offers several additional functionalities to streamline community administration:
- Import Members via CSV: Community owners have the option to import a list of members into the community platform using a CSV file. This bulk import functionality enables community owners to add multiple members to the community in one action efficiently.
- The CSV format is email, first_name, last_name. You can download an example CSV file template in the Import member popup (CSV Template).
